To begin, open OpenIV and activate edit mode.

Peru Cap Replacement:

Replace the file in this location:

Grand Theft Auto V\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpedprops.rpf\player_one_p

If you want the hat to appear as shown in the picture, simply replace the existing file at the specified location.

This modification will not cause any errors.

The file includes the HAT MODEL used from a source.
