Parliamentary Flat Cap - Men's

A flat cap has arrived! This is my initial upload, and I realized that Rockstar hasn't created any flat caps apart from a few pedestrian models. So, I decided to create one myself for male multiplayer characters, resembling the cap from "Peaky Blinders".
