copy mods folder to gta v folder

how to install (outfit)

1. In the gta v folder, open "x64v.rpf" with OpenIV
2. Then open "models/cdimages/streamedpeds_players.rpf/player_zero"
3. Click edit mode and drag everything inside the "outfit" folder to open iv
4. Go back to "cdimages" and open "streamedpedprops.rpf/player_zero_p"
5. Drag everything inside the "hat" folder to open iv
