INSTALLATION:

1. Open "OpenIV" 2. Copy the file "x64e.rpf" to the "mods" folder 3. Take the files from "Ped" to mods-x64e.rpf-models-cdimages-componentpeds_s_m_m.rpf 4. You now have the ped (Remember that this ped is not in COP, it is in PRISGUARD!)

- Reflection and Police are further apart (on the black) - "Police" has been moved from left to right - Rank on reflection has been removed - Size of "Police" has been reduced - Radio has a better texture
