Go to: Oregon-vest\Variant 1

Pick the "task_004_u.ydd"

Put it in: V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\eup\dlc.rpf\x64\eup_componentpeds.rpf\mp_m_freemode_01_male_apt01

Name it:"task_002_u.ydd"

Go to: skin-folder of the NRW-Vest:

Pick the: "task_diff_002_a_uni.ytd"

Put it also in: V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\eup\dlc.rpf\x64\eup_componentpeds.rpf\mp_m_freemode_01_male_apt01

Information

At the moment there seems to be a very high demand for the NRW police waistcoat, which is why I once got into skinning one.
