Single player installation:
Use OpenIV, click "Edit mode" and just drag and drop all files here:
\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpchristmas2017\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\mpchristmas2017_female.rpf\mp_f_freemode_01_mp_f_christmas2017

FiveM installation:
Open your stream folder and just drag and drop all files.
