This is a new 52 flash mod, updated to version 1.0.
Update:
version 1.0 fixed head bugs and hand bugs.
Use this script to install this mod:

Or Replace any Ped you want, just rename the files to whatever ped you want to replace "example: ig_bankman"
You can use julionib's flash script to active the power of the flash.
