Neighbor Expansion: Pedestrian Add-On

This is my 4th mod. Please let me know if there are any bugs and which other addon pedestrians you would like me to create.

This is a "Hello Neighbor" mod. He looks perfect, but I hope you like him.

Please use this script to install this mod:
1. Install AddonPeds ASI PedSelector (you can find the download link by searching online).
2. Place the ped files from the "neighbor" archive into the addonpeds folder.
3. Open AddonPedsEditor.exe as administrator and add "BlackPanther" as the model name, set the ped type to male, and make sure "is streamed" is false. That's it!
