Nail Polish Options for Male & Female Characters in GTA Online

This small modification lets you enjoy painted nails in GTA Online. Currently, only black nail polish is available, but more colors will be added soon. Painted nails are currently only available for female characters, but a male option will be added in the future.

No bugs have been reported yet, but please let me know if you experience any issues.
