Installation:

• Place head_000_r.ydd in the following directory:
  D:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\mppatchesng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\mppatches.rpf\player_zero
• Place both head_000_r.ydd and the corresponding .ytd files in this directory:
  D:\Grand Theft Auto V\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_zero

Once installed, enjoy the transformation!
