1. Use OpenIV and ensure "Edit Mode" is checked. Open dlc.rpf then Peds.rpf in the addonpeds folder.
2. Add the following files:
• -Raiden.ytd
• -Raiden.ydd
• -Raiden.yft
• -Raiden.ymt
