First, download and install OpenIV and MENYOO, following the provided instructions. Then, open OpenIV and navigate to \update\x64\dlcpacks\mplowrider\dlc.rpf. Click "Copy to Mods Folder." Once complete, go to \mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mplowrider\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\mplowrider_male.rpf\mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_lowrider_01 and replace the existing files with the included PNG files.

In-game, open MENYOO and navigate to TOPS2 (OUTER) 80.
