Masks Remain in Prologue

I always thought it was illogical for Trevor and Brad to remove their masks before escaping. Similarly, Michael not immediately putting his mask back on after it being thrown off seemed unreasonable. This mod addresses these issues.

Trevor and Brad will now only remove their goggles instead of their full masks.

This mod also replaces each character's prologue hair and the prologue character select icons.

Installation Instructions: Use OpenIV and follow the folder prompts.
