Open server.cfg and add "ensure files"

Single Player

Open OpenIV
Enable "Edit mode"
Drop files here: \Grand Theft Auto GTAV/Mods/x64v.rpf/Models/cdimages/streamedpedsmp.rpf/mpmfreemode01
