Open server.cfg and add "ensure files"

How to install on SP

Open OpenIV and enable "Edit mode".

Drop the files here: \Grand Theft Auto GTAV\Mods\x64v.rpf\Models\cdimages\streamedpedsmp.rpf\mpmfreemode01
