Simply drag and drop the files for both single-player and FiveM.

TIPS

Go to your skin menu and set body hair visibility to 10. Then look for the tattoos. Do the same with makeup, using color 56 for black face makeup.

Why

I chose to replace body hair and makeup because they are less commonly used. I didn't want to overwrite existing tattoos as GTA has many popular ones that players enjoy. You can always adjust this yourself if you wish to stream over a tattoo.
