Ok, kind of... but i really i enjoy it, weird stuff..
anyway the install is little tricky but simple, as usually you need OpenIV
first make a backup!!!
And with OpenIV hit edit mode and replace the files of:

Folder A into:
x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpedprops.rpf\player_two_p

Folder B into:
x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_two

Folder C into:
update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\patchday3ng.rpf\player_two
Rebuilt!!!
Is simple to find it, just go to wardrobe and look into outfits.
important: don't use online!!!
