1. Unzip the downloaded .ZIP file.
2. Open OpenIV and navigate to GTA V PC.
3. Create a backup of the x64v.rpf file.
4. Go to GTA V/mods/x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streamedpeds_players.rpf/player_one.
5. Enable Edit Mode in OpenIV.
6. Replace the uppr_diff_004_a_uni.ytd file with the corresponding file from the .ZIP archive.

After completing these steps, you can find the "White OG T-shirt" in Franklin's wardrobe within the game.
