LSST Winter Duty Jacket

This is a smaller mod for EUP with LSPDFR, featuring a retextured jacket. Installation instructions can be found in the Read Me file. The badge on the left and right sides of this jacket is from a separate pack.

Installation:

1. Open OpenIV. 2. Navigate to: mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/eup/dlc.rpf/x64/eup componentpeds.rpf/ mp m freemode 01 mp m stunt 01 3. Drag and drop the .ytd file into this folder. That's it!
