LSST Armor: Bulletproof Vest

This is a smaller mod for EUP with LSPDFR. It's a retextured vest. You can find installation instructions in the Read Me file.

You need to download and install this mod first for the texture to work:
mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/eup/dlc.rpf/eupcomponentpeds.rpf/mp_m_freemode_01

Installation:

1. Open OpenIV.
2. Go to: mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/eup/dlc.rpf/eupcomponentpeds.rpf/mp_m_freemode_01
3. Drag and drop the .ytd file here!
4. Done! Enjoy.
