v2a Adds the police hat which was previously forgotten.

This mod retextures and replaces various clothing items to make Michael resemble an actual LSPD or LSSD officer. You can install both uniform variations simultaneously. The helmet is included as an optional file in the archive (it replaces the helmet worn while riding a motorcycle).

Using a Trainer for Clothes
Open your trainer, navigate to "Models," and at the bottom of the list, you'll find the "Clothes Menu."
