This skin is compatible with the addonpeds mod. Ensure the "is streamed" box is checked during configuration.

If you don't use the addonpeds mod, you can replace any character located in:

x64e.rpf/models/cdimages/streamed peds ig.rpf

Simply rename both Kazuma files (the .ymt and the .yft) and the folder to match the character you want to replace.
