Katy's Mastery of Skin

To begin, install the skin control mod. The necessary ini file is located within the downloaded archive. Place this ini file in your gta directory.

Launch the game and press f10. Navigate to "load" and select "loud skin". Your new skin will now be active.

The skin control mod also allows you to create your own unique skins.
