Place the files from the zip into this directory: "mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>addonpeds>DLC.rpf>peds.rpf>" d. Add it to the list in addonpeds (remember this is a streamed ped) e. In-game, press L if you have the selector or open Menyoo and go to "player options>change models>favorites>addmodel".
