Instructions are included in the zip file. For those who prefer a quicker route:

1. Open OpenIV and enable edit mode
2. Navigate to Grand Theft Auto V\mods\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_one
3. Extract the files from this zip file into a separate folder.
4. Replace the ytd files in your game with the ones provided by this mod.
5. Always remember to back up your files before making any replacements. I can't be held responsible if you forget and encounter issues with your game.

Please refrain from sharing or uploading this mod elsewhere. It's not exactly a masterpiece, after all.
