Jedi Knight Pedal Attachment

This is a re-texture of the sidious add-on ped made by jr59. This was originally a test at re-texturing and it didn't turn out completely terrible, so I thought someone might be able to make use of it. This is the first hooded Jedi Knight available that I'm aware of, so there's that.
