Install
1.Open OpenIV on "Edit Mode "
2.Go to GTA V folder, next to .../x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/ped_sp_overlay_txds.rpf

DON'T FORGET TO MAKE A BACKUP!!!!!!!!!
