Improved AMYSTBLA01 Pedaling

This modification enhances the appearance of the Black Street Male pedestrian, featuring recolored clothing. He can be frequently spotted throughout Los Santos, particularly in outdoor areas. Additionally, some of his bracelets have been recolored.
