Steam/Retail:

1. Install OpenIV with asi loader
2. Create in your Grand Theft Auto V folder called "mods"
3. To the mods folder copy and paste "x64v.rpf"
4. Run OpenIV and switch Edit Mode
5. Drag and drop "uppr_diff_004_d_uni.ytd" into /Grand Theft Auto V/mods/x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/
streamedpeds_players.rpf/player_one
6. Rebuild

Cracked:

1. Install OpenIV
2. Run OpenIV and switch Edit Mode
3. Drag and drop "uppr_diff_004_d_uni.ytd" into /Grand Theft Auto V/x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/
