Installation Instructions: 1. **Files:** Place the 'ini' and 'dll' files in your game's 'scripts' folder. 2. **Humantorch & Humantorch (Flame On):** Download these files and use OpenIV to place them in the following directory: GTA V > mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > addonpeds > dlc.rpf > peds.rpf 3. **AddonPeds Editor:** Use this tool to add two new pedestrians: 'HUMANTORCH' and 'HUMANTORCH (FLAME ON)'.
