Just a character I made with Neutrinobeam's Skin Control.

-INSTALLATION-
1. Download & install Skin Control - https://www.gta5-hub.com/scripts/skin-control
2. Download & extract TattooGirl.zip
3. copy Skin Control.ini to you GTA V root folder
4. Launch GTA V
5. Press F8 to load Skin Control
6. Select "Load" and select "TattooGirl"
