For GTA V (Story Mode):

First open the OpenIV and install to: x64v.rpf > dlcpacks > mpimportexport > dlc.rpf>x64 > models>cdimages > mpimportexport female.rpf > mp f freemode 01 mp f importexport 01

For FiveM:

- Put the files into the "stream" folder.

If you have files with the same name, simply rename the file and texture.
