fila shoes: openiv\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpimportexport\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\girls mpimportexport_female.rpf, mp_f_freemode_01_mp_f_importexport_01
male mpimportexport_male.rpf, mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_importexport_01
Simply drag the files into the OpenIV folder at the specified locations. The directory for both genders is within the same DLC; just remember to apply changes to both gender folders.
