Adds that weird Jeff Gerstmann portrait you see in the background of Giant Bomb Premium videos to Franklins White OG Shirt

1. Go into GTA V in OpenIV and turn on Edit mode.

2. Navigate to "x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streamedpeds_players.rpf/player_one".

3. Find uppr_diff_004_a_uni.ytd.

4. Replace the file with one from the GiantBomb T-Shirt folder.

6. Exit OpenIV

7. The "White OG" t-shirt is located in Franklins safehouse.
