Franklin's Vitiligo Treatment Mask

This is my first self-made mod. I will update this if anyone wants more.

This mod gives Franklin the skin condition Vitiligo. This currently is only for his head. Not his body. This only works with the default/short hairstyle(s), or head texture 0.

INSTALLATION:

Replace the file in this location.
\mods\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_one
