Franklin's Purge Tee

To use this Franklin Purge t-shirt mod, open OpenIV and navigate to the following file path: x64v\models\cd images\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_one. Find the file "uppr_diff_004_b_uni.ytd" in this folder and replace it with the file included in this download. You can then find and equip the t-shirt in game using your preferred mod menu.
