Franklin's Palace Replacement Hoodie

Open OpenIV and navigate to:
mods\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_one
Within the "Palace Hoodie for Franklin" folder, select "uppr_000_u" and drag it into OpenIV. Then, search for the file "uppr_diff_000_a_uni.ytd". Right-click on it, choose "Edit", then "Replace". Navigate to the "Palace Hoodie for Franklin" folder again and click on "uppr_diff_000_a_uni.ytd" to replace the file.
Launch the game and enjoy your new hoodie!
