Open OpenIV. Navigate to the following file path: GTA V/x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streamedpeds_players.rpf/player_one. Before replacing any files, create backups of every uppr_diff_004_*_uni.ytd file you intend to modify.

Extract the contents of this zip file into a new folder. Ensure that edit mode is enabled in OpenIV. Replace the existing jersey file with the Milan jersey from the extracted files.
