Once downloaded
Open up openiv and then go to this path..

Grand Theft Auto
V\mods\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_one
press edit mode and drag and drop the mod.

Next project will be a new Louis Vuitton Belt (Monogram) and also I will upgrade the belts
so you could rock them with other pants !
