Franklin's Chile Expedition (16-17)

1. Open OpenIV.
2. Navigate to the following file path: GTA V/x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streamedpeds_players.rpf/player_one.
3. Create backups of these files:
   uppr_diff_004_a_uni.ytd
   uppr_diff_004_b_uni.ytd
4. Extract the contents of this zip file into a folder.
5. Ensure that edit mode is enabled.
6. Replace these files with the Chile jerseys:
   uppr_diff_004_a_uni.ytd
   uppr_diff_004_b_uni.ytd
