To install, drag and drop the file uppr_diff_004_h_uni.ytd to:

GTA V > mods > x64v.rpf > models > cdimages > streamedpeds_players.rpf > player_one

This will replace the existing file.

Remember to back up your original file if you want to be able to change it back later.
