***Installation:***

Make mods folder first if you dont have one.

Drag and drop my files here: (using Open IV)
Grand Theft Auto V\mods\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\ped_sp_overlay_txds.rpf\

When in game, go to tattoo shop and go through all of Franklins tattoo's.

All Franklins tattoo's has been replace except for "Impotent Rage", (couldn't find it).

There are 39 tattoo's replaced!!!
