Franklin's Azure Locks

This mod replaces Franklin's default hairstyle with Lil Uzi Vert dreads.

Installation:

1. Open OpenIV.
2. Navigate to the following directory:
   x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_one
3. Replace the following files with the downloaded ones:
   hair_003_u.ydd (the model)
   and
   hair_diff_003_a_uni (the texture)
