Franklin Jacket Release

Here are the tools and requirements needed to use this mod:

• - Menyoo
• - OpenIV
• - New franklin jacket converted from MP

Installation Instructions:

1. Open OpenIV
2. Go to x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpedsplayers.rpf\player_one
3. Place the files in this directory.
4. Enjoy!
