Franklin Insulated Athletic Apparel Jacket

This skin for Franklin's jacket aims to replicate the look of the IAA Jacket.

Installation Instructions:

1. Open OpenIV and switch to Edit Mode.
2. Navigate to the following file path in OpenIV: x64v.rpf > models > cdimages > streamedpeds_players.rpf > player_one. Place the file from the ZIP archive into this folder.
