Vest texture mod for Franklin, will look into doing more of these once I've finished doing other things.

Install.

1. Back up all files that are being swapped.
2. Make sure you have OpenIV installed and then open it.
4. Enable edit mode.
5. Goto x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streamedpeds_players.rpf/player_one and replace the files
