Franklin Equips PAYDAY 2 Ballistic Vest
Also known as the Improved Combined Tactical Vest (ICTV), this is Chains' signature armor, now available for Franklin. Because he's also black.
Finished this a while ago; just had time to upload it, so enjoy!
Fully rigged and replaces 2 clothing items: upper and lower.
Selection guide (only works for simple trainer):
upper - 17 lower - 5 shoes - 6
Select those clothing numbers in the model>clothes menu.

As a tradition of metroidguy's forgetfulness, he forgets the texture files for his mods and has to update it. (Added missing texture files)
