To install use add on peds method.

Use this mod to add peds:

Then unzip files into the peds.rpf folder. Use add on peds exe, this model is not streamed.

Or Replace any Ped you want just rename the files to whatever ped you want to replace.

Highly recommend to us with Julio's Iron Man Endgame script! To use this ped with his script, in the script menu in game you can add new armor config. The base settings should be fine.
