Open OpenIV.
Enable edit mode.
Navigate to the following path: C:\ Program Files\ Rockstar Games\ Grand Theft Auto V\ mods\ update\ x64\ dlcpacks\ mpairraces\ dlc.rpf\ x64\ models\ cdimages\ mpairraces\ female.rpf\ mp_f_freemode_01\ mp_f_airraces_01.
Drag the provided ytd files into OpenIV.
Launch the game and use a trainer like Menyoo or Simple Trainer to change clothes.
