openiv\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpimportexport\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages
girl mpimportexport_female.rpf, mp_f_freemode_01_mp_f_importexport_01

male mpimportexport_male.rpf, mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_importexport_01

Simply drag the files and place them in the openiv folder at the specified location above. The locations for both genders are within the same DLC; you need to access both gender folders.
